Q6: How do I store my batteries?When the product is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse at 10°C~35°C, avoiding inflammable and explosive materials; the battery pack should be charged and maintained regularly every three months to ensure that the battery best performance state.
Q7: Do your batteries support series or parallel connection?
Our 48V battery packs support up to 15pcs in parallel, if you need series connection, please contact our sales staff
Q8:How long is the warranty?
Our energy storage equipment has undergone strict quality control and cyclic testing. All products can ensure long-term stable operation. The battery cell is guaranteed for 5-10 years and undergoes 6000-8000 cycles.
