ASure, we can provide sample to test. But for sample usually we will take 10% sample fee which can be refund in bulk order.

AOur Thlinkpower Three Phase Hybrid inverter uses air cooling technology. The unique heat dissipation structure has been patented, allowing the inverter to achieve a conversion efficiency of over 98% at a high temperature of 65 degrees Celsius.

AOur three-phase hybrid inverter comes with a standard 5-year warranty. For extended coverage, we also offer an optional 10-year warranty, which increases the product price by 10%. During the warranty period, if any quality issues arise with the product, we provide free replacement parts for repair or replacement. Additionally, we have a dedicated 24/7 online technical support team ready to assist you with any technical inquiries, ensuring your system operates optimally at all times.

AThe Power Export Limit feature allows users to set a maximum threshold for the amount of electricity that can be exported back to the grid. This function is crucial as it helps you comply with local utility regulations, many of which impose limits on the amount of surplus energy that can be fed into the grid. AOur inverters are equipped with anti-reverse current function, overload protection function, etc. Keep you and the inverter absolutely safe during use.
Q6. What other additional services are there?
AWe will deliver free MC4 and installation gloves. And if you have other large orders later, the cost of our first cooperation sample will be refunded to you.
Q7. What is the function of the meter limiter in the inverter?
AProtect the meter safety: prevent excessive current from passing through the meter, avoid overheating, burning or damage of the current transformer, shunt and other measuring components inside the meter due to overcurrent, and extend the service life of the meter. It can also ensure measurement accuracy, prevent damage to the meter, avoid overload operation, and limit the pulse frequency.
